Don't need to know the pain of cramps, girl. Stephen's birth was a pain killer and epidural-free 19+ hr affair. ;P

fwah! U the can man!!! U could endure all that pain?! 19++ hrs??!!! Were u determined to make it epidural free?

As for me..i already knew how low my tolerance towards pain is so i prepped my gynae in advanced..Must have epidural! So it was painless and swift delivery..2 hrs after water bag burst and just 3 pushes hehe..

IYes. it was my plan not to get any pain meds during labor and delivery. It was also motivating that most Japanese women do not get epidurals either, so the doctor didn't even offer it as an option (even though he is one of the few around who will do it if asked).
