A Colorful Day :)

Oral fixation~

Lunch @in-laws place...

Monkey see..Monkey wants..

First he tried to grab his cousin, Chern Ern's Vitagen drink...

Then, he went for the biscuit which my mom-in-law offered to Chern Ern..

He decided to go after the source instead..

Had a dinner appointment with our pals in the evening so we decided to go to the hair-salon before that...Had to go home since I didn't bring Aidan's dinner out ..thought this was a good time to wear our Bumwear color co-ordinated outfits..Surprisingly, hubby didn't resisted that much when I ordered him to wear the maroon shirt..:P...

So..who does Aidan resemble more..?

Model Baby :P...

Colorblind yet?

Aidan was initially sitting calmly between us in his stroller while we had our hair done (hubby had a cut and I did treatment)..he started getting a li' grouchy after a while so he then sat on my lap while my hair was being steamed ..During that time, the other hairstylists/shampoo girls kept coming over to fuss over him and took turns to carry him. He was quite discerning tho..he only allowed the pretty ones to carry him (really!) ...

Well, we have decided to take the 9 Days New York/Niagara Falls tour..and we'll hop over to Las Vegas for abt 2-3 days..Leaving the day before National Day :) It's a confirmed tour so no chance of a cancellation *yeah*~!
Am so looking forward to the holiday!!!

Yes, I agree it's certainly nearer than from sg to LV, but when we were living in Arizona for 6 months in 2001, we've always wanted to travel to the East coast, but were put off by the cost. (The cheapest flight from AZ to NY was around US$150 in the last minute auction site, and hotels were expensive too). Maybe it is cheaper now post 9-11, and if u could get the cross country flight for less than 100 bucks, then it's a steal. I still think it is a fair distance to travel. Do u have stop-over on the way back home from NY?

Wish we could go visit NY as well - it's so different from the West. I believe we would really enjoy NY, there's so much to see and do. On the other hand, things could be expensive over there - what more with our weak sing dollar now.

anyway, who cares, just enjoy first and think about the bills later right? :) We feel happy for you guys - yes, go and have fun and take more pictures to share.

Actually, it's always more expensive to go to the East..even from Singapore..woah, the internal flights to NY from AZ is rather dear eh..even back in 2001. Am finding the hotels at NY to be really ex..especially when I compare them with those in Las Vegas..

*sigh*..yeah, the weakening Sing dollars is gonna make my US trip more ex but we gonna just bite the bullet n go enjoy ourselves..I just hope I dun go crazy when I see the wonderful baby stuff they have..esp since it's summer now.

Yah, don't go crazy abt buying too much. A little here and there will adds up to a tidy sum. Anyway, most of the stuff there are made in China, the only difference is there are more variety compared to here. Among the things worth buying are probably shoes and jeans! dh bought some Levis from one of the huge discount store, but the weather here is too hot to be wearing such type of jeans.

We hope you can find some very interesting baby stuff from there. You are allowed 2 big suitcases each right? so pack them in man!

Actually, someone also recommended me to buy Levis Jeans there..apparently, the jeans there come exactly in ur size, shape so no alteration is needed..
I dunno man..I'm putting aside quite alot for shopping :D..for me & my baby hehe..I think I'll come back with a bulging suitcase :)
